Alison Bettanin

Alison founded Tailored Teaching in 2021. She is trained as both an Elementary and Middle School Teacher for all subject areas. Alison holds a Masters in Teaching degree from the University of Melbourne; a post-graduate degree in English Literature; and has additional, specialist training in literacy intervention. She has fifteen years of experience teaching students across K - Grade 8, and is experienced with conditions that often affect learning, including: ADHD, Autism, ODD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia. An out-door enthusiast, Alison enjoys hiking with her family and gardening.
Levi Gallagher
Teaches virtually
A high-school literacy specialist, Levi teaches students reading and writing skills across Grades 8 - 12. He also conducts individualized college preparation workshops. These sessions guide and coach senior students and their families through the college preparation process, empowering them to achieve a great 'fit' for this exciting next stage in their learning journey. Levi is currently completing a teaching degree in Secondary English Teaching at Regis University, Denver. As well as working for Tailored Teaching, Levi is a Teaching Assistant at Regis, where he guides Teaching Candidates in the first year of their degree. In 2024, his writing on student learning was selected for publication by the Dean of his college. Levi is keenly interested in the natural world and enjoys cooking.
