A regular time-slot allows families to plan with certainty and supports continuity of learning. Unfortunately, these can not be easily reused when cancelled at short notice. Payment is therefore requested for each session cancelled within one week (seven days).

Where a family needs to cancel at short notice, a complementary make-up session is offered on one Saturday each month - on 'Make-up Saturday'. Where two or more sessions are cancelled at short notice within one month, these sessions may be 'banked' and made up on any following Make-up Saturday.

To accomodate family vacations, up to two sessions may be cancelled without payment where the family provides written notification more than one week (7 days) prior to the first absence. Families who are absent for additional weeks are requested to pay for further cancelled sessions, and may redeem them on Make-up Saturdays.
